- Business plans and financial models for banks, investors and government programmes.
- Market entry for foreign investors: route, structure and first-year budget, linked to our Company Formation team.
2. Deals and valuations
- Financial due diligence on targets: quality of earnings, net debt, working capital and tax exposures (including WHT and transfer pricing).
- Business valuations using market, income and asset approaches, for transactions, shareholder exits, disputes, financial reporting and tax.
- M&A support from target screening to completion and post-deal integration.
- Corporate finance advice on raising debt or equity.
3. Risk, governance and controls
- Enterprise risk management frameworks and risk registers boards actually use.
- Internal audit support, outsourced or co-sourced.
- Policies and procedures manuals and delegation-of-authority matrices.

4. Forensic services
- Fraud risk assessments and fraud response plans.
- Investigations when misconduct is suspected, with evidence prepared to legal standards.

Book an hourly advisory session
Sometimes you only need a quick answer, not a full project. For that, you can book a one-to-one session with an Axiom adviser in HR advisory, payroll consultation, tax or labour law. Choose 30 or 60 minutes; we confirm your adviser and rate when we reply.
How booking works: choose the area and length (30 or 60 minutes) and send the request on WhatsApp or through the booking form. We confirm the adviser and time, and send the invoice with the meeting invite. Payment is by bank transfer.
Labour law note: our labour law sessions cover compliance with the Qatar Labour Law and HR practice. Formal legal opinions and representation before courts or the labour dispute committees are referred to a licensed Qatari law firm.
How an advisory engagement works
- Scoping call to agree the question, the decision date and the deliverable.
- Fixed-fee proposal with a timeline.
- Work and weekly check-ins with our team.
- Recommendation in a short report and a presentation to your board or bank.
Industries
Real estate and construction, healthcare, education, manufacturing, oil and gas services, retail and consumer, hospitality and tourism, transport and logistics, financial services, technology and media, food and beverage, government and public sector.
Why Axiom
- Senior people on your file. Our Managing Partner works on your project through to the final report, not only at the first meeting.
- Tax and reporting issues caught early. Because we also do tax and audit management, our deal and valuation work picks up Qatar tax and reporting issues early.
- Independent. Our valuations and investigations are objective, and we turn down work where we have a conflict.

Frequently asked questions
What is a feasibility study and do I need one?
It tests whether a project is viable by examining the market, competition, finances, legal requirements and risks. Banks and investors usually ask for one before funding a new project.
How are businesses valued?
Usually by comparing with similar transactions (market approach), discounting expected cash flows (income approach) or valuing net assets (asset approach). We explain which fits your purpose.
What does financial due diligence cover?
The quality and sustainability of earnings, net debt, working capital, and tax and compliance risks, so you know what you are buying and can negotiate price and protections.
Do you work with family businesses?
Yes, on governance, succession and restructuring.
How are advisory fees set?
Projects are a fixed fee agreed after a scoping call. Short questions can be booked as a 30- or 60-minute session; we confirm the rate when we reply and invoice with the meeting invite.
Rules on this page were last checked against official Qatar government sources on 7 October 2026.
