Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this website, why, who sees it and how to ask us to change or delete it.
We collect only what you give us in a form or tool, use it to reply to you and to run our services, and never sell it. The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@axiom.qa.

The law we follow
We process personal data in line with Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection.

The free tools work in your browser. What you type is not sent to us unless you choose to unlock the full result or send your answers to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, book your call and send the results or quote you asked for.
- To deliver the services you engage us for, under a separate engagement letter.
- To meet our legal and professional duties, including anti-money laundering checks on new clients.
- To send Qatar Tax Alerts, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and tools are useful, using anonymous counts only.
Who sees it
The Axiom team working on your enquiry sees it. We also use a small number of service providers under contract to host this website and its database, and to deliver our email. When you choose WhatsApp, your message goes through WhatsApp. If you become a client and need an audit, the independent licensed auditor who issues your audit report receives what it needs for the audit. We never sell personal data, and we disclose it to authorities only when the law requires.
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Qatar. We choose providers that protect data to a standard consistent with Qatari law.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. It stores one small note in your browser to remember that you have already unlocked a tool, so you are not asked twice. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and tool requests that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Tax Alert subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Client records: as long as professional and tax rules require. Accounting records are kept for 10 years in Qatar.
- Spam protection: we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address, never the address itself.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your data, where we are not required by law to keep it;
- stop using it for Tax Alerts or any other purpose you agreed to.
Email info@axiom.qa with your request. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the competent authority in Qatar.
How we protect it
Data travels over an encrypted connection. Our lead database and dashboard can only be opened by named Axiom staff who sign in. We collect only what we need for each purpose.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page.
